VERDICT: Fans unhappy after another Wolves loss
Our fans aren't impressed as Wolves' poor run continues with defeat at Brighton.
Russ Evers (Hatherton Wolves)
What's your verdict on the match? 839 brave and or stupid souls - myself included - endured a 386-mile round trip impacting on time off work, family time and wallets.
All of this to watch a pretty insipid and gutless first 80 minutes where we were second best in all departments.
The full backs were cruelly exposed with Iorfa enduring another torrid afternoon, being compared by one fan to a newborn giraffe.
We should have been dead and buried before Brighton scored the inevitable early goal which took 14 minutes to arrive this time.
Only the last 10 minutes gave us any pride with their keeper making a couple of fine saves to keep us out during a late flurry of corners.
We have got to start games quicker and need to start to build the tactics around Bodvarsson who despite only showing as a half time substitute was that much better than anyone else on the pitch it became embarrassing.
We need a few wins and quickly but based on five-a-side-like tactics they look a long way away.
Who played well - and who didn't impress? In midfield Saiss held us together for most of the game but had no help from the anonymous Edwards while the half time switch to 4-4-2 failed to work.
Peter Abbott (London Wolves)
What's your verdict on the match? We were incredibly close to a surprising end to what was generally a tough watch. With Carl Ikeme leading the attack in stoppage time we almost nicked a point.
Wolves were not really in the game first half with Brighton consistently stretching the wings and it was no surprise to see two attackers sent on at half time. Almost straightaway Bodvarsson missed our clearest chance of the game.
Worryingly, I didn't think we were as quick as Brighton and even though they were favourites throughout to score again, we unsettled their defence plenty of times, shown by them bringing on substitute defenders and struggling to clear from Costa or Teixeira's corner kicks.
Who played well - and who didn't impress? Man of the match...not that easy to decide but I'll go for Saiss, who popped up just about everywhere centrally and produced a couple of excellent shots which went just over.
