EFL Cup draw: Wolves to face Newcastle twice in four days

Wolves will travel to St James' Park to face Newcastle in the EFL Cup third round.

It will be the second time in four days the two sides will meet with the league encounter due to take place on Saturday September 17th, before the cup clash on Tuesday September 20.

The last meeting between the two teams at St James' Park was a 2-2 draw in February 2012.

Matt Jarvis and Kevin Doyle were on target as Wolves came from 2-0 down in Terry Connor's first game in charge following Mick McCarthy's sacking.
