Injured Jed Wallace sidelined for Wolves

Luckless Jed Wallace faces a spell on the sidelines after limping out of Wolves' dramatic 1-1 draw at Burnley with a thigh injury.

The winger was recalled from a loan deal at Millwall last week - and gave his best performance in a Wolves shirt at Turf Moor.

But he was forced off with just 10 minutes to go, and is set to be out for 'a few weeks' according to boss Kenny Jackett.

Jackett bemoaned: "It's typical of our season.

"It's frustrating he's come off and somewhat indicative of our season so far.

"I thought he played well. He's just turned 22 and is a promising player for us.

"He showed good pace and looked like he had more in the tank.

"It would be nice if he could have had a real good run between now and the end of the season.

"Hopefully he won't be out for too long and he can build on what was a good performance for 80 minutes today."
