Wolves Video: Bully and Mutch Reunited

It's coming up to 30 years since Steve Bull and Andy Mutch first became Wolves team-mates - and they were reunited again in Wolverhampton last night.

The pair made almost 900 appearances and scored over 400 goals for the club between them, during a glittering career in gold'n'black.

Their last 'Bully and Mutch Reunited' show, the first of its nature, took place at the Cleveland Arms Sports Pub on Stowheath Lane last September.

The 260 tickets for the event sold out in three hours of going on sale, with promoter William Adamson immediately booking another date.

Over 200 people attended the second event, under a month shy of Mutch's anniversary of signing for the club from non-league Southport on 22 February 1986.

Bully arrived from West Brom on November 20 of that year and they would go on to be team-mates for the next six-and-a-half years.

They would spearhead the team to three promotions from the old Fourth to Second Divisions, with Mutch also on target as Wolves won the Sherpa Van Trophy at Wembley in 1988.

Bully and Mutch were interviewed separately before the interval by Wombourne's Sky Sports commentator Nigel Pearson, before the floor was opened to questions from spectators after the break.
