Wolves injury bulletin: Carl Ikeme expected to be fit for MK Dons clash
Wolves keeper Carl Ikeme is expected to be fit for Saturday's visit of MK Dons despite being nearly forced off with debilitating cramps against Ipswich.
Ikeme played in Swaziland and Nigeria during the international break and it appears the long travelling may have taken its toll.
However, Emiliano Martinez is a doubt as he bids to return from a thigh injury.
Argentine Martinez limped off during the 0-0 home draw with Burnley more than two weeks ago.
Boss Kenny Jackett said of his goalkeepers: "The physios are very reluctant to put a time frame on Emi because they're worried about a recurrence.
"He will be outside working this week and we'll see how he goes. With Carl it was an unusual one with him cramping up in calves and hamstrings
"He said he felt it in the first half. We put that down to the travelling he did before the game.
"A week at home now and by Saturday I'm sure he'll have ironed out those problems and his body will have recovered back to 100 per cent."
Fellow goalkeeper Aaron McCarey is now eligible to play again after the terms of his shortened loan spell at Bury, from which he returned early with injury, meant he couldn't feature against Ipswich.
Debutant Jordan Graham came off in the second half at Portman Road but is also expected to be fine for the MK Dons clash.
And Ethan Ebanks-Landell came through 82 minutes of an under-21 draw against Brighton on Friday with no problems, as did Bjorn Sigurdarson, who played for the first half.
The defender should be available for the first team this weekend, while Icelandic striker Sigurdarson is pencilled in for the under-21 game at Derby County on Sunday.
However, Kortney Hause is still a few weeks away from recovering from a hamstring problem.
