Jack Price primed for Wolves start at Fulham

Midfielder Jack Price could be set for his first Wolves start in the Championship this season at Fulham tonight.

Head coach Kenny Jackett says the 21-year-old is ready to play as he contemplates freshening up his team for two clashes against relegated Premier League opposition in four days following Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Rotherham.

Price failed to make the bench at the weekend, but was the odd man out and is in contention for a recall alongside Kevin McDonald if Jackett decides it's time Lee Evans stands down at Craven Cottage.

"On Saturday Jack was 19th man, and when we go to Fulham, it's then a case of whether he makes the starting XI or the bench," said Jackett.

"But he's fit enough and he'll be ready – that's a certainty.

"I had three midfield players on the pitch and took the option of having another forward on the bench."
