Tom Fellows and Caleb Taylor are the example for West Brom's young loanees

The Albion loanees currently getting experience throughout the EFL only have to look at the youngsters who went out last season and their spells at other clubs for inspiration.

Of the crop that Albion have at the moment, it is Caleb Taylor and Tom Fellows who are the ones to watch.

Carlos Corberan has spoken extensively about how Albion decided they were the ones they wanted to stay.

Both had good loans last season, got a lot of games, and did well in pre-season, and Corberan wanted to keep them in the building to bolster two areas of his squad.

With Taylor, his time and chance will come, while at the moment, it is starting to happen for Fellows and they have both set the standard for Albion's young guns.

Of those who have gone out, Zac Ashworth is having a bit of a tough time of it at Bolton after a successful spell with Burton Albion last eason.

Aside from cup games, he hasn't started a league game yet and it may well be the case Albion could re-think things in January if he is not playing.
