Comment: If West Brom do sell it will not be on the cheap
The focus surrounding Albion on deadline day so far has been more around potential outgoings than incomings.
The news of Stoke City's attempt to lure Brandon Thomas-Asante away from The Hawthorns has sparked concern of further sales at the club before the 11pm deadline.
On the incoming front the right back position remains a priority before the window slams shut.
But on outgoings it remains to be seen what will happen with Thomas-Asante, and indeed any other Albion players potentially departing The Hawthorns.
