Ian Pearce expected to remain in West Brom recruitment post amid Stoke links
Albion expect recruitment chief Ian Pearce to remain at the club despite being linked with Stoke City.
Head of recruitment Pearce, 49, has been in post at The Hawthorns since November 2018 but is reportedly attracting interest from Albion's Championship rivals.
However it is understood the former Premier League-winning defender, who works closely with head coach Carlos Corberan, will continue in position throughout and beyond this summer's recruitment efforts.
Suffolk-born Pearce, the former head of Brighton's UK recruitment, was said to have emerged as a contender at the Bet365 Stadium, where Stoke are currently managed by Alex Neil.
