According to reports, Johnstone, who was called up to replace the injured Arsenal keeper Aaron Ramsdale, was unable to train with the squad on Tuesday and is now set to pull out of the squad.

It is also being reported he will be replaced by Southampton's 34-year-old shot stopper Fraser Forster - who hasn't made an England appearance for six years.
