West Brom boss Slaven Bilic misses out on award
West Brom boss Slaven Bilic has missed out on the Manager of the Month award for November - with Leeds' Marcelo Bielsa claiming the prize.
Bilic had guided Albion to a 100 per cent winning record over the month, with the draw with Wigan ending the club's six-game winning streak.
However, the judges opted for the Argentine over Bilic, who himself saw his side claim victory in each game through the month of November - including a 4-0 thrashing of Middlesbrough.
Leeds sit top of the Championship table heading into the weekend, themselves on a seven-game winning run. Albion are level on points, and one behind the Yorkshire side in goal difference.
Both teams are 11 points clear of third-placed Fulham.
It's the second time Bilic has been snubbed in the award race, having missed out to Nottingham Forest boss Sabri Lamouchi for the September award.
