The much-loved ex-Baggies centre half has called time on a career which included a nine-year stay at The Hawthorns, helping them to promotion from the Championship in 2009/10.
He was then a mainstay in the Albion side in the Premier League for several seasons, racking up a total of 261 appearances and 14 goals.
Olsson left the club in March 2017 to return to Djurgardens in Sweden – the nation he represented 25 times.
He hangs up his boots after a short spell with the Baggies' Championship rivals Wigan last campaign.
