West Brom's new No.9 Kenneth Zohore has 'a bit of everything'
Albion's new number nine has 'a bit of everything' according to boss Slaven Bilic.
The Baggies have signed Kenneth Zohore from Cardiff City in a fee worth a potential total of £8million.
Zohore has been handed a four-year contract and given the number nine shirt vacated by Salomon Rondon, who has been sold to Chinese club Dalian Yifang.
Bilic was pleased to get Zohore through the door after saying last weekend it was 'crucial' the Baggies signed players this week.
"He is a player who has got more than a bit of everything, he's strong, he has pace, he has good skill," said Bilic.
"He knows the league, he knows the country, he's already got good experience but he's still got room to improve.
"He's not the finished article. I hope he's going to be a very good player for us."
Zohore scored 21 goals in two Championship seasons for Cardiff, and helped them win promotion to the Premier League, but only scored once in the top tier last season.
He could make his debut for the side at Scunthorpe United in a pre-season friendly tomorrow.
The left-footed Danish striker, who stands 6ft 2in tall, is 25-years-old and exactly the age group Albion are targeting this season.
The Baggies have also agreed a fee for 25-year-old Rotherham player Semi Ajayi, whose move to The Hawthorns is expected be completed over the weekend.
Albion are paying the Millers around £1.5million for Ajayi, rising to a potential £2m with add-ons.
The former Arsenal academy player can play centre-back, right-back or defensive midfield, and scored eight goals for Rotherham last season.
The Baggies are beginning to make significant moves in the transfer market now and are planning more signings next week.
