Holders Chelsea have been drawn at home to Manchester United in the glamour tie of the round.
Favourites Manchester City will travel to either Middlesbrough or Newport County.
AFC Wimbledon have been drawn against Millwall; Doncaster Rovers will welcome Crystal Palace; Portsmouth or QPR will face Watford and Swansea will host Barnet or Brentford.
Albion will receive £180,000 in prize money if they win in the fourth round and £360,000 if they then go on to beat Derby.
