Former West Brom midfielder Claudio Yacob is reportedly set for a move to Nottingham Forest.
The Argentinian midfielder left The Hawthorns at the end of last season, with Darren Moore deciding against offering him a new deal as the club prepared for life in the Championship.
The 31-year-old is now set for a medical at the City Ground, ahead of a potential move which could see him do battle with Albion later on this season.
Yacob ended a six-year spell at The Hawthorns upon his exit over the summer. He made more than 150 appearances for Albion scoring just twice.
Forest currently lie 14th in the Championship table, having won just one game so far this season.
