Nigel Pearson appointed boss of Oud-Heverlee Leuven
Former West Brom caretaker boss Nigel Pearson has been appointed manager of Belgian second division side Oud-Heverlee Leuven.
The former Albion caretaker resided over three wins and a single draw following Bryan Robson's exit in 2006, and has been seeking a new role in management since leaving Derby County.
Praised for the work ahead of Leicester City's Premier League winning campaign, Pearson joins the European side as they sit fourth in the table, five points from the top spot.
The 54-year-old has no prior experience playing or managing in Europe.
