Albion have struggled in recent years at the tail-end of the season, failing to win any of their last nine contests in the previous two campaigns.

Can they put an end to that unwanted run by winning one of their final five games of next season?

Manchester United (a) - April 14th

West Brom will face a tough task against Manchester United (AMA)

It's no easy start to the home straight for Tony Pulis' men in 2017/18, with a trip to Old Trafford getting things going.

With the likes of Marcus Rashford, Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial on their books, Jose Mourinho's side will undoubtedly be the favourites for the three points.

Of course, Pulis is known for frustrating opponents, and if this gameplan is introduced against United, West Brom will have a chance of pulling out a result.

They did manage to grab a 0-0 draw last time around, whether that result can be repeated is another question.

Prediction: Loss

Liverpool (h) - April 21st

Liverpool could be battling for a Champions League spot by the time they meet Albion (AMA)

Two games in and it doesn't get any easier, as Albion host Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool to continue their end-of-season schedule.

Like United, there is plenty of star power in the ranks for the Merseysiders, so the Baggies won't be tipped as favourites.

The game is taking place at The Hawthorns though, which should offer some comfort.

A Roberto Firmino strike was all that separated the sides last season, Pulis will be hoping to see another victor this time around.

Liverpool could be battling for the top spots or a Champions League place by that stage in the season though, so things may be tougher if that's the case.

Prediction: Loss

Newcastle (a) - April 28th

Following their promotion to the Premier League, Newcastle may be a tough opponent (AMA)

Whilst there are no easy games in the Premier League, the away trip to Newcastle could be the easiest of Albion's run-in.

St. James' Park is a big stage, and following their Championship promotion the Magpies will be hoping to see themselves safe by this point.

If that's the case, Albion could well steal a win away from home. But if Rafa Benitez's men are battling relegation or for another cause it could be a tricky clash.

Previously promoted sides are often a mixed bunch, but Newcastle should be the strongest of the trio - even still, the fans will back Albion to get a result of some sort.

Prediction: Win

Spurs (h) - May 5th

Spurs will be another tough opponent for Albion. (AMA)

West Brom's penultimate game of the 2017/18 Premier League season comes against Spurs, last season's runners-up.

Even at home, Tony Pulis will be fully aware of the task his side face to get any kind of result against Mauricio Pochettino's star-studded squad.

Fourth favourites for the title with the bookies, Spurs are sure to be competing for something come the final few games - making things even tougher for Albion.

West Brom nearly managed a win last season against Tottenham, but for a late Dele Alli strike - if they do the same again it will be considered a success.

Prediction: Loss

Crystal Palace (a) - May 13th

Crystal Palace could be a mixed bag. (AMA)

The final day of the Premier League season sees Tony Pulis' side travel to London to take on Crystal Palace.

Currently manager-less following Sam Allardyce's shock retirement, they're a mysterious prospect heading into the 2017/18 season.

If they continue the form which saw them secure survival in the last campaign - beating Albion in the process, they could be a tough prospect.

However, if things don't go to plan for the Eagles it could be all hands to the pump on the final day.

Depending on how things go for the hosts, any result could pop up.
