The former Wales shot stopper picked up the problem in training ahead of Albion's clash with Burnley, and is now likely to miss games against Hull, Watford and Chelsea.

West Brom hope to have him available for selection before the Christmas period.

Myhill is behind Ben Foster in the pecking order at The Hawthorns, but wasn't named in the squad which faced Burnley, with Alex Palmer named on the bench during the 4-0 win.

He's made over 60 appearances for West Brom since joining the club in 2010.
