The blue and white striped jersey has three sky blue Adidas stripes down the side and sky blue trim on the neckline which also features two buttons.

It was first revealed during a PR stunt by an all-female dance troupe at Birmingham Grand Central last Friday, but now the club have officially released it to the public.

The jersey has no stripes on the back because of a Premier League directive that aimed to make numbers easier for officials to read.

After the club signed off the design with Adidas, the Premier League moved that initiative back a season.

The new shirt sponsors are UK-K8.com, an online Chinese betting company, who have signed a two-year deal with the club worth more than £5million.

The shirts will be available at The Hawthorns and Merry Hill club shops from 9am Thursday, but fans can pre-order now.

They cost £49.99 for adults and £39.99 for juniors. The away kit will be released in roughly two weeks.
