Tony Pulis: No problem with Klopp celebration
Albion boss Tony Pulis had no problems with Jurgen Klopp's animated celebrations after Divock Origi's 96th-minute equaliser at Anfield today.
And the Baggies' head coach reckons there were two Liverpool challenges worse then Craig Gardner's controversial tackle that injured Dejan Lovren.
"He's animated and I've been animated all my life on the bench so I've got no problems with it," said Pulis about Klopp.
"I've no problems whatsoever.
"We've come here and tried to be competitive and resilient.
"I don't think there was a booking in the game was there.
"The big disappointment for the players is that they got that goal at the end in the 96th minute."
Klopp pumped his fists into his chest after Origi's equaliser in the direction of Pulis.
He demanded the home crowd make more noise for his Liverpool team and afterwards the players celebrated in front of the Kop.
"He's got to do what he's got to do," said Pulis. "It's his dugout.
"I've been in the game a long ling time and been as animated as anyone else. You accept that."
Origi scored so late in the game because there was eight minutes of injury time after Lovren was stretchered off.
"If you're going into challenges, the two worst challenges in the game were actually Milner's challenge on Gardner and Skrtel's challenge on Salomon," said Pulis.
"I've just watched the tape back of those two. Gardner plays the ball.
"The other two, Skrtel's gone right over the ball, luckily Salomon's moved out of the way.
"Have a look at them before you start talking about tackles."
Klopp said afterwards: "He played the ball. It was like the whole game - played on the edge. But he played the ball."
And he admitted he refused to shake hands with Pulis after the game.
"I didn't see him after the game," Klopp said.
"I can't say anything, I just want to talk about football.
"I wanted to go to my team (rather than shake hands).
"We had some words in the game and sometimes it needs longer than ten seconds to cool down.
"It was not a friendly game, but I wish him all the best. Creating chances is not easy against opponent like this.
"They only played long balls and went for set-plays. I don't remember why we had words."
