The head coach could face punishment for an altercation with referee Anthony Taylor after Saturday's defeat to Leicester City.
Pulis is alleged to have used unsuitable 'language and-or behaviour' in the tunnel, after the full-time whistle at the Hawthorns.
He has until 6pm Thursday to respond to the charge. Taylor turned down three Albion penalty shouts during the game.
