West Brom defender Steven Reid played a cameo role last season in one of the most memorable wins of his career.

Fourteen months on, Reid returns to Arsenal adamant the Baggies can pull off a repeat performance with himself as a major player.

Last September's 3-2 victory at the Emirates Stadium was one of the best he has experienced but the former Republic of Ireland international managed just a late run-out as a substitute under then-boss Roberto Di Matteo.

Now the 30-year-old is a fixture in Roy Hodgson's new-look Baggies team and confident they can once again give the Gunners a run for their money.

Reid said: "It's going to be difficult to repeat that but, hopefully, we can do it again. I have played nearly every game since the gaffer's been here and I am just delighted to be involved."
