Tommy Simkin loving Walsall life
Tommy Simkin says the support he has received since arriving on loan at Walsall has given him “goosebumps”.
The Walsall-born goalkeeper registered his sixth clean sheet of the season as the Saddlers were held to a goalless draw against Accrington Stanley at the Wham Stadium.
Simkin has started all but one of Walsall’s opening 13 league games and feels his local connections have made his experience at Bescot extra special.
