Walsall could still sign important positional player
Mat Sadler has revealed Walsall are still searching for a centre-back on the free agent market.
Donervon Daniels (knee) and Oisin McEntee (calf) are both expected to be in contention by the end of the month, although Priestley Farquharson (thigh) is poised for three months out after undergoing surgery.
Nevertheless, Sadler will only bolster his defence for the “right reasons” and is not just searching for a short-term fix.
