Walsall summer signing Ross Tierney is determined to kick on after marking his debut against Blackburn with both a goal and an assist.
The Irishman was named in the starting line-up at Ewood Park and impressed as the Saddlers fell to a narrow 4-3 defeat.
Tierney is focused on stitching together a consistent run of games, and is hopeful that his debut is only the start of things to come.
“It was my first start for the club but it was also my first start since January or February,” Tierney revealed.
