Walsall loanee George Nurse recalled by Bristol City

The 21-year-old featured 13 times for the Saddlers but struggled for fitness with two spells on the sidelines with a hamstring tendon injury.

He netted once in his time with Walsall, away at Bradford in October.

The Robins have now activated their January recall option that was included as part of the loan deal.

Nurse will now join City's under-23s as he continues his recovery from injury.
