The 33-year-old spent five years with Rovers, winning promotion from League Two alongside manager Darrell Clarke in the 2015/16 season.

After defender Dan Scarr said the side is showing the same signs as his promotion winning Wycombe side from 2017/18, Sinclair believes only consistency is keeping the Saddlers from achieving the same feats as his former club.

“I think the characteristics are there," Sinclair said.

"The key element is that consistency, making sure that we aren’t going a goal behind and making those little errors and we cut them out in the second half of the season.

"We’ve seen that in the four games, that’s hugely important and they’re those tight lines and I’ll keep doing everything I can to push us forwards.”
