Walsall detail further pre-season friendlies
Walsall will continue their preparations for the new League Two season by facing Wolves under-23s on Tuesday (kick-off 6pm).
The Saddlers, who were beaten 2-0 at Crewe on Saturday in their first match for five months, have confirmed the rest of a pre-season schedule which sees them take on a host of Midlands rivals.
After taking on Wolves’ youngsters, Darrell Clarke’s team head to Shrewsbury Town on Friday (noon kick-off).
They then host Burton Albion on Saturday, August 29, before travelling to Blues on Tuesday, September 1 (both kick-offs 3pm).
All four matches will take place behind closed doors. The League Two season is scheduled to begin on September 12.
