The Walsall FC aficionado, who presents a weekly radio show on BBC WM, is responsible for more than 500 million record sales worldwide, and has worked with some of pop's top acts including Kylie, Steps, Rick Astley and more.

"One of my mates is a Manchester United fan and we’ve played them a couple of times," explained Pete.

"The once I decided to try and nobble the team by putting a load of balti pies on their coach.

"But it never stopped them."

The Coventry-born former music producer and songwriter, who was once part of the iconic hit factory Stock Aitken Waterman, will speak to fans about his life at a show at Birmingham Town Hall on June 13.
