The midfielders, who have joined the Pics for an initial month, are both in line to make their debuts against Marine tomorrow.
Butterfield previously enjoyed a loan move to Leamington while Sangha has spent time at AFC Telford.
“This is a really good chance for me to express myself," Butterfield said.
“I was at Leamington for a month and enjoyed myself - the biggest difference was it was much faster and a bit tougher.
“Rushall are a good team and look like a passing team - that will suit me.”
Sangha added: "“I’m excited because I enjoyed my last spell at AFC Telford, and I want to play men’s football.
"From what I’ve seen before, the Northern Premier is a really good standard. Rushall will look to play football - we played them in pre-season and they weren’t bad at all.
“They tried to play around us and did it quite well. Hopefully I can get into the team and play regularly during my team here.”
