Stourbridge suffered the agony of having victory snatched from their grasp as Mickleover managed to score a 95th minute equaliser.
Tom Tonks had fired the Glassboys in front after being set up by a sublime back-heel pass from Luke Benbow which enabled Tonks to place a precision curling shot into the far corner of the net on 34 minutes.
But Stourbridge paid the penalty for failing to put the game to bed against a Mickleover side who rarely threatened until the closing stages.
It looked as though Stourbridge had done enough to secure a third win when deep into stoppage time, Glassboys goalkeeper Matt Gould could only palm a header from former Derby County player Pablo Mills straight into the path of Mickleover's Jimmy Phillips who made no mistake from close range.
