Stafford Rangers 2 Radcliffe 0 - Report
Stafford gave their relegation fight a shot in the arm with an impressive 2-0 home win over Radcliffe.
Boro went close through Jack Sherratt on 27 minutes before finally taking the lead ten minutes later when there was confusion in the Radcliffe back-line and Jake Charles played the ball into an empty net.
After the interval Stafford had the lions share of the game but the visitors started to create chances of their own with Ben Wharton testing the palms of Lewis King and Liam Ellis heading just wide.
However, Stafford re-grouped and when they were awarded a penalty 15 minutes from the end, Charles slotted home for his second of the game.
There was still time for Charles to get booked on an eventful day for the striker but the home side held out relatively comfortably and are within sight of the sides above the relegation zone.
