Whitby Town 0 Stafford Rangers 0 - Report
It was stalemate for Stafford Rangers as they were held to a goalless draw at Whitby Town.
The first half brought few chances for either side, Rangers shading proceedings but unable to test the home keeper, and when they did get a shot away, Massiah McDonald was wide of the target.
McDonald went close again after the break, before Kieran Morris had the direction but his header was saved.
Whitby came into the contest as the half wore on, Matthew Tymon shooting over before they did find the net, only for the goal to be ruled out for a foul on Stafford keeper Brad Caswell.
Caswell then denied Whitby on the counter, but Rangers ended the stronger, Dan Westwood seeing a shot saved before the keeper also denied Sam Griffiths, however it would remain goalless.
