Rangers defensive duo out
Stafford Rangers have been hit by a double defensive blow ahead of their Evo-Stik Northern Premier League trip to Marine.
Karl Espley's suspension has finished but he's still injured, while Luke George's jarred knee flared up again as he tried to return.
Espley has sat out two games after his second red card of the season in the FA Trophy replay against Rugby, where he hurt his shin.
George has missed eight matches and re-aggravated his jarred knee in the warm up of Saturday's 2-0 defeat against North Ferriby.
Winger Peter Heler missed that game with a bruised foot but has now recovered and will be in the squad that travels to Merseyside.
And Rangers boss Greg Clowes is looking for his side to stop leaking goals and start firing them in at the right end tomorrow night.
Clowes' men have kept just one clean sheet in the league this season, in a 1-0 win over Matlock, and the manager wants shut-outs.
He said: "We need to start being a bit more cut-throat in both boxes, we have got to start playing better to do that.
"Marine are a good side, they were last year as well and they have probably had a better start to this season.
"The biggest ask for me at this moment in time is clean sheets, as we have only had one all season.
"We set our stall out in each game to keep a clean sheet but, unfortunately, it hasn't worked like that.
"It's alright talking about it but we have got to be putting it into practice, we need to start picking points up."
