Rangers miss three at Rushall
Stafford Rangers will continue to miss three of their first-team regulars for their West Midlands derby away at Rushall Olympic.
Stafford Rangers will continue to miss three of their first-team regulars for their West Midlands derby away at Rushall Olympic.
Left-back Ryan Brown is out for another week with a groin strain, so Oliver Davies again deputises after his full Rangers debut in midweek.
Saturday's game has also come too soon for midfielder Christian Dacres and defender Luke George, who have both been out with knee injuries.
Dacres and George will instead get a run out in Tuesday night's friendly at Eccleshall, with Rangers pressing on without them at Dales Lane.
Greg Clowes' men experienced the rough of tumble of Rushall in their derby defeat away from home last season, as the Pics finished eighth.
Neil Kitching's side have started strong again in this campaign and Clowes warns it could be Rangers' toughest test of the season so far.
He said: "We know what we have got to be at to take anything from Rushall, it could be our toughest game of the season.
"It's never going to be pretty going there but people get a bit blinded with Rushall and think they are crash, bang, wallop.
"All I put it down to with Rushall is that they are very well organised, well drilled and they have an excellent team spirit.
"They have got lads in there who are good players and have a good start again, after a great season last time."
