For long periods it was the National League North side who were the better side.

They went ahead through Alex Penny and then had the best chances throughout both halves - but as the second wore on they were forced to soak up more and more pressure.

And it told in the 91st minute as substitute Declan Rice levelled - and despite a valiant extra time effort Jarred Bowen tapped home in the 121st minute to hand West Ham the win.
