Coming off the back of a defeat away to Darlington on Wednesday night, Harriers travel to Yorkshire tomorrow against an in-form side.

Steve Watson’s men have won 10 and lost five of their 15 league games this season, while Harriers sit in 16th place with five wins from 14 games in the National League North.

And Pemberton wants to see a repeat of a positive second half performance against the league leaders.

“They’re obviously on an unbelievable run at the moment, they’re very strong and physical,” he said.

“They’ve got some players, we have to battle and stand up to it.

“If we do anything like we did in the second half (against Darlington) they’ll be a game on.

“If it’s like the first 15, 20 minutes – we weren’t quite at it, we started slow.

“I’m really pleased with the second half performance and I have more confidence going into Saturday’s game because of what I’ve seen, certainly in that second half.”

Meanwhile, in the Southern Premier Central, Rushall Olympic face a tough test as they travel to second-placed Tamworth.

The Pics are in sixth, but have lost five and drawn one of their six games in October.

Manager Liam McDonald said: “It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work out that October was a disappointing month for us.

“On the flip-side, we’re going into a brand new month with renewed determination and with our league position not hurt.

“We have the makings of a good team here, we know that there will be hard times along the way, but we’ll stick together and get through them as a group.”

Stourbridge travel to mid-table Needham Market on the back of a 2-1 cup win over Nuneaton Borough.

While top-of-the-table Hednesford Town will be looking to continue their fine form.

The Pitmen picked up a 2-1 away cup win over Stratford Town on Tuesday and now face 12th-placed Barwell.

In the Northern Premier Division, Stafford Rangers will be looking to bounce back from defeat as they take on fellow strugglers Bamber Bridge.

Rangers fell to a 2-1 defeat against Sutton Coldfield Town last weekend in the first qualifying round for the FA Trophy.

Tomorrow, back in the league, they face Bamber Bridge, with both sides sitting in the relegation spots with nine points each.

Rangers are two places ahead of their opponents due to goal difference.

Southern Central Division site Halesowen Town, who sit in fifth place in the league, welcome third placed AFC Dunstable in a crunch clash.

While Northern South East Division side Chasetown face a mid-table clash against Worksop Town.
