Harriers have been drawn at home to fellow Conference Premier side Eastleigh in the fourth qualifying round – the first time the sides have met.
Promoted from Conference South last season, the South Coast opposition are currently four places and three points behind Gary Whild's eighth-placed side.
Stourbridge have been handed a winnable tie at Evo-Stik Division One South outfit Norton United, if they can beat North East side Shildon at Amblecote in tomorrow's third qualifying round replay.
The ties will be played on Saturday October 25.
