Kyle Storer a major doubt for Harriers

Kidderminster Harriers midfielder Kyle Storer is a major doubt for the Blue Square Premier home game against bottom club Barrow through injury.

Storer hurt his knee in the 1-0 defeat at home to Hereford United - which ended Harriers' run of seven straight wins - on New Year's Day and needed four stitches.

Callum Gittings is available on Saturday and should the 25-year-old not be fit although Sean Clancy is another option, for what would be his first start since joining the club.

Wingers Danny Pilkington and Marvin Johnson are on their way back after a month out with a thigh problem and a fractured toe, respectively, but are not yet ready.

Harriers will be looking to get back to winning ways after their first home league defeat since August, while Barrow have just ended a run of nine games without a victory.

The Bluebirds now make the long hike from Cumbria but, despite their league position, they tend to travel well, losing just four out of 11 away league matches.

David Bayliss' side did the double over Burr's boys last season and have been beaten at Harriers just once in their last five visits to Aggborough.

Burr said: "I think the case with anyone coming down to Aggborough, at the moment, is that it will be up to us to break them down.

"Dave has always got them well organised. They are a tough side to beat and it will be a tough game.

"They are all tough because it's a very, very competitive league."
