Kidderminster Harriers loanee Adam Watkins could play his last game for the club in Saturday's league visit of Gateshead.

Watkins' one-month terms are up after the match and an extension has yet to be agreed with Blue Square Premier rivals Luton to keep him at Aggborough.

A stumbling block in any further deal is whether Luton will stand firm and not allow the player to be involved in cup competitions next month.

FA Cup and Trophy matches make up two of the five games Harriers play in November, plus any potential replays coming from the two ties.

But they are keen on keeping the England C midfielder, 21, who has made four appearances for the club since making his temporary move.

For now, Harriers are focussing on the task in hand and will be buoyed by last weekend's FA Cup win at Grimsby - which didn't involve Watkins.
