The 28-year-old has been used as a substitute in the three games since his arrival and replaced Kyle Storer against Southport last weekend.
With Storer now out for six weeks after knee surgery from an injury suffered in the game, Panther is set fill his boots against the Mariners.
Goalkeeper Danny Lewis returned to the squad for the Southport game after three matches out with a groin strain but was not used.
Nathan Vaughan is likely to again be preferred with between the sticks for Saturday's fixture, as Harriers take in back-to-back home games.
