Kidderminster Harriers goalkeeper Danny Lewis will not be fit in time to return for the Blue Square Premier visit of Southport to Aggborough.

Lewis returned to training this week after missing three games with a groin injury but will not be pitched straight back into battle.

Nathan Vaughan has deputised in his absence and has coped well in the eyes of Harriers management, so will be kept in for now.

Harriers are set to go with a unchanged squad on Saturday, so summer signing Ryan Austin could again be left out despite being fit.

New arrival Josh Gowling partnered Cheyenne Dunkley in Tuesday's 1-1 draw at Braintree and the two should keep their place.

Left-back Mickey Demetriou got the goal in midweek and lines up with Lee Vaughan at right-back, with Mike Williams on the bench.

Danny Pilkington and Marvin Johnson take their places on the wings, with Keith Briggs and Kyle Storer in the centre of midfield.

Loanee Richard Peniket, like Gowling, debuted from the start in midweek and makes his home bow alongside Anthony Malbon.

Harriers are still looking for their first win of the season but visitors Southport have sprung a shock at Aggborough before.

The Sandgrounders were 4-3 winners in 2010 but were beaten last time, 2-0 last August, and finished seventh to Harriers' sixth.
