Kidderminster Harriers striker Anthony Malbon was today set to be passed fit to play in the Blue Square Premier game at Tamworth.

Malbon picked up a knock to the calf in Saturday's 4-1 win at Braintree but still scored, before being substituted for Nick Wright a minute later.

But the 20-year-old is awaiting the green light to make the trip to the Lamb Ground for a tricky fixture away from home tonight.

Tom Marshall will take his place in central defence, as one of three Harriers players who could face their former club.

Wright and Dan Bradley are also ex-Lambs and Marshall got his first goal for Harriers on Saturday, as they got back to winning ways.

It was only their second victory in 10 games but still left them six points adrift of the play-offs and their hosts have seven wins at home this season.

But Marshall believes Harriers can gun down his former club and insisted there will be no room for sentiment tonight.

He said: "I had some good times over there last year - we had a relegation battle on at the not-so-nice end of the table but it will be nice to go back.

"Saturday was a big win for us - we wanted to kick on having not won in so many games and we had really been struggling.

"Hopefully, the win can take us into tonight with a bit of confidence. It would be nice to take the goals to the Lamb and get another three points."
