Kidderminster Harriers manager Steve Burr today declared his side will "keep going" while they have a chance of making the Blue Square Premier play-offs.

But the Harriers boss warned his players they need to start making their own luck if they are to grab that elusive spot in the top five.

Tuesday night's 2-1 defeat at AFC Telford extended their miserable run to one win in the last nine games, ahead of Saturday's trip to Braintree.

The latest loss at the New Bucks Head was another to fall into the 'unlucky' category but Burr is getting sick of hearing the sob stories.

The manager is again likely to have to do without star striker Jamille Matt, who is still away from the club dealing with 'personal issues.'

In his absence, Harriers are seven points adrift of the play-offs in eighth place going into the weekend and Burr admits every game is "must win."

He said: "We are not getting the rub of the green, at the moment, but you have got to make that happen yourself.

"They are all must win games, at the moment. Telford was a must win game and we didn't win it, so it makes it harder for us to get into the play-offs.

"But, while we have still got a chance, we will keep going."
