Kidderminster Harriers defender Lee Vaughan today revealed he has already made his return to AFC Telford ahead of their Blue Square Premier clash.

Vaughan and Harriers boss Steve Burr were in the stands for a fact-finding mission on Saturday as the Bucks lost 1-0 at home to Southport.

The right-back left the New Bucks Head in 2010 after four-and-a-half years at the club to go into the full-time game with Harriers.

The 25-year-old has only faced his former employers once and mised a penalty before being sent off - all inside in the first five minutes.

The England C international returns to play at the New Bucks Head for the first time tonight and admits he's unsure of what reception he will get.

He said: "You hope it would be a good one, because I did a lot for that club.

"If they decide to boo me, I will take it on the chin. If they clap me, then happy days.

"I want a win tonight, them to stay up and us get in the play-offs. Hopefully, that point I gave them last time will keep them up.

"I went on Saturday and they are definitely in a relegation scrap. I was there with our gaffer and we wanted them to get something out of the game.

"That would have given us a hand in getting in the play-offs. It's a massive game for both clubs. We are desperate for the points.

"We want to get in the play-offs this season and everyone believes we can do that. We are a better side away from home."

Harriers will give a late fitness check to midfielder Kyle Storer, who missed last Friday's 2-0 defeat to Fleetwood at Aggborough through illness.
