Kidderminster Harriers have three players ineligible for the FA Trophy tie at home to Droylsden while Lee Vaughan is a serious injury doubt.

Harriers have goalkeeper Tony Breeden and former Villa midfielder Lee Hendrie cup tied for tomorrow's game, while Luke Jones is suspended.

And Vaughan is likely to miss out with a hamstring injury, in what could be four changes to the starting line-up from Tuesday's defeat at Gateshead.

Goalkeeper Dean Lyness is set to replace Breeden while defender Tom Sharpe and captain Mike Williams could be brought into defence.

Williams could return at left-back with Mickey Demetriou switching to cover Vaughan at right-back, as Sharpe replaces Jones at centre-back.

Hendrie's absence could see Jack Byrne's first start in four games against the Blue Square North side, managed by long-serving chief Dave Pace.

Harriers boss Steve Burr has faced Pace's Bloods, where he's in his 13th year in charge, countless times down the years and knows what to expect.

Burr said: "I have had some battles with Dave's sides, ever since my days at Hucknall and all the way through my time with Northwich and Stalybridge.

"He always produces a team that is there or thereabouts and they have enjoyed a lot of success over the years.

"They are a tough side to come up against and I have no doubt that they will be up for the game tomorrow.

"Their aim is get promoted but they will be also looking, like us, to make progress in this competition and go as far as they can."

Harriers were today set to sign two youth team players to non-contract forms as cover for tomorrow's game.

Midfielder Paul Hurrell, 18, and full-back Ashley Checketts, 17, will both be available when their registration comes through.
