Kidderminster Harriers midfielder Lee Hendrie has warned his team-mates not to get carried away as they look to make it 12 games unbeaten.

The former England international played in Harriers' late show over Hayes & Yeading on Saturday, where two stoppage goals sealed a 3-1 win.

It streched the unbeaten run of Steve Burr's men to 11 matches, ahead of the trip to fellow promotion chasers Gateshead tomorrow night.

Three points on Saturday made Harriers one of the teams to beat, as they now occupy the last play-off berth after a hot streak of form.

Hendrie got used to challenging at the right end of the table in his days at Villa and advises that keep the momentum going will be the key.

He said: "I have just looked at the league table and we can't get carried away. We have got to keep doing what we're doing.

"We have got to go up to Gateshead and it's going to be a hell of a tough game, but we have got to keep this confidence and this run going.

"There's a big buzz around the place and, if we keep taking that into games, it certainly helps on the pitch."
