Dan Bradley sees Harriers as big time

Kidderminster Harriers new-boy Dan Bradley believes he has joined "a bigger club" than Tamworth after making the switch to their Blue Square Premier rivals.

The midfielder has signed a deal until the end of the season, a month after leaving the Lambs in the fall-out of a bust-up with manager Marcus Law.

Bradley had been at Rushall Olympic before Harriers boss Steve Burr, who had been tracking the player for over a season, made his move.

And the ex-Villa trainee believes he's taking a step back to the big time with Burr's play-off chasers, while Tamworth are in the bottom half of the table.

The 20-year-old also revealed he turned down another offer to join Harriers who, in his view, are "going in the right direction."

He said: "For me, it's a bigger club than where I was before, so I feel like I have moved up a level and I am really looking forward to the challenge.

"Moving from Villa to Tamworth was a reality check and I knew then that I had to dig deep and get on with things, so I know this is a big opportunity.

"There was another offer on the table as well but this is a club going in the right direction, so there wasn't really a question about where to go.

"I am just looking forward to playing again because you do take it for granted and, hopefully, I can do my bit to get us into the play-offs."
