Halesowen hit four in second half
Halesowen Town came out the victors in a game of two halves in a 4-0 triumph at Daventry Town.
The sides were goalless at the break but the Yeltz overpowered their Southern Central division one hosts in the second half.
It took until the 71st minute to break the deadlock when substitute Simeon Cobourne’s cross was slotted home by Montel Gibson. A second followed 10 minutes later when Cobourne fired home himself. Cobourne added his second moments later to make it 3-0 before Josh Hawker completed the scoring four minutes from time.
A 76th-minute strike by Ollie Shenton gave Kidderminster Harriers the points on their travels in the National North.
The Stoke City loanee pounced on a loose ball in the Farsley Celtic box to fire home for Harriers.
Rushall Olympic’s Walsall Senior Cup clash with AFC Wulfrunians was postponed due to storm damage on Sunday – with Chasetown’s Northern One South East clash at Carlton Town tonight suffering the same fate.
