Corby were reduced to ten men in the 6th minute when Muzzy Nduna hurtled towards the penalty box and was pulled down by keeper Paul Bastock who received a straight red card.

Chasetown asserted themselves on the game and sub keeper Sam Wilson was called into action to deny George Cater low to his left and then Josh Sedgley forced a save from long distance.
Lewis Irwin almost gave the visitors a shock lead in the 38th minute as he guided a header beyond Curtis Pond but the ball crashed against the crossbar.
Chasetown eventually made the one man advantage count in first half stoppage time. Will Whieldon fired his shot against the post but reacted quickest to fire home the rebound.
The home side doubled their lead in the 53rd minute. A Michael Williams low cross zipped through the legs of a defender and Nduna side footed past Wilson from 8 yards.
Corby were gifted a route back into the game with a goal 17 minutes from time. Pond struck a goal kick straight to a Corby striker and despite valiant attempts to keep the ball out sub Sam Warburton reduced the deficit from close range.
In the first minute of stoppage time the visitors were reduced to 9 men aa Nduna was clean through on goal and Jason Lee received a straight red for a professional foul.
